Yesterday was fun. We mostly just got took the ferry from Ao nang to koh phi phi. We got to the hostel we are staying at and the lady who owns it is insane. She was really funny joking about bang bang and lady boys.
We met the coolest people in our hostel. We hung out with some English people. They were tons of fun. Carrie and Dylan were my favorite. They are a couple traveling for 18 months together. We played a game called copy paste delete. It was funny.
Today we went on a tour and it's been fun. Some really incredible snorkeling and some really beautiful backdrops. We went to maya beach. We met some Irish and Americans who have been drinking an smoking joints all day. They are funny but lack any tact at this point. A girl fell when getting in the boat and one of Irish guys unapologetically and quite loudly laughed in her face. The Americans are frat brothers an are loud and well American. No surprise we have a sorted reputation abroad.
We went to maya bay which is where the beach was filmed. It's a really beautiful area. We did some bouldering up a stalactite it's been a fun trip.
We are about to do some swimming with plankton. I am excited I haven't done this. As you move in the water the plankton lights up like a fire fly then just fades away. The tour was a mixed bag some fun parts and it was cheap but it was crowded.
Also rode a mechanical bull. We were in competition with the swedes and I am glad to say I kept the win for America with a time of 101 seconds to there 64.
